my son is the father of four children who makes 10.00 a hour and pays support for the older two. He had a verbal agreement with the mother of his twins a has been supporting them since birth the mother filed a childsupport case against him and I was wondering what he would have to pay in support he already pay 114.00 a week for 2

Without knowing the mother's income or "imputed income", I could not give you a precise figure. The statutes governing this can be found at http://www.lrc.ky.gov/KRS/403-00/CHAPTER.HTM They are fairly easy to navigate.
