child support

My son graduated in may2007 he was home schooled. my ex did not tell me. do i still have to pay child support for him

Under the standard guidelines in Kentucky, you only pay child support until the child is the earlier of either 19 years of age or a high school graduate. So, unless your child is under age 18 and has graduated, you should no longer be obligated to pay support. A settlement agreement could have been entered into that differs from this, and if so, then it controls.

If the orders of the court are not specific, then you should put a motion on to end child support.
