Child visitation

Person is legal father on Birth Certificates. Has to pay court ordered child support. Does the mother have a right to not allow him visitation of his children whenever she feels like it? There is no legal visitaion order in place.

Re: Child visitation

He is entitled to visitation. If the mother will not let him visit then he must file a lawsuit in Circuit Court seeking visitation rights. Although it is possible to try to do this yourself, it is rarely effective. Consult an attorney. He may be able to get an agreement without going to court.
