Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My children are 18 and 19 and they both have UTMA mutual funds opened up for them for college. My ex husband is listed as guardian of the accounts. In the divorce decree it stated that I was to recieve quarterly statements of the accounts. He was ordered to get my permission whenever money was taken out. They have no access to the accounts and I have not seen any statements for 3 years now. The accounts were supposed to be turned over to them when they turned 18, this did not happen. He refuses to do it. He makes it very hard for thier tuition to be paid at college. What can I do? Aimee Dalton

You need to obtain an order for him to appear on a motion to hold him in contempt. You can possibly get him ordered to pay attorney fees if you use an attorney. In your motion, you need to list your attempts to get him to comply.
