childrens rights when going through divorce

In Kentucky at what age does a child have to be in order to decide which parent they want to live with or does a child have this right in a court of law?

There is no magical age and no such "right" exists. The wishes of the child are one of the factors that judges consider in determining where the child goes. Generally, the older the child the more weight the judge will give to that child's wishes.
