Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
MY childs father and I were together for ten years, and never married. I am tired of the lying, cheating, acting like he can be a father when he thinks he needs to be..or wants to be. My question is , I've heard that the voluntary paternity paper he signed when he was born does not give him rights, that I have all rights. Do i need to go to court?

If he is the father, then not only does he have rights, but he is presumed to have joint custody with you. The affidavit of paternity creates the presumption that he is the father. You would have to challenge it in court at this point.
