Court order to see a doctor

If the court orders someone to see a doctor before a trial, dose the defindant have to pay?

You do not describe the circumstances surrounding the order and it is difficult to give you an answer. Generally, the person ordered to do something would normally bear the "up-front" cost and then try to recover it from the other side. So much depends on the facts and circumstances of the case that it is next to impossible to answer this. If you have counsel, ask him/her.
