Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am going to court in the state of TN to ask for standard visitation with my minor child. I live in KY with a woman but we are not married. Will my living arrangments hinder my chance at visitation?

For some reason, the system is not allowing me to reject this question. You have the wrong state, this needs to be posted in Tennessee, as TN has jurisdiction over the child and your matter is before a TN court. Kentucky lawyers not licensed in TN cannot answer this question.
