My ex has custody of our child but we now live together and moved to ky. Now he wants to move out of state. What can I do?

If both of you have lived with the child in Kentucky for six months, then Kentucky can most likely take jurisdiction of the custody matter. You need to file a motion to modify custody and timesharing.
