custody

I have 2 children with my ex we were never married ..the oldest one my parents have temp.guardianship over and the yougest just had his name just put on her birth certificate..and now i want to go in the military and i want to give limited guardianship to my parents but he wont sign the papers..because he wants the youngest one with him but hes in the military and hes getting married to a non U.S. citizen..whose expecting his child I know nothing about this woman I would pefer if my parent would have her were shes safe and wont be treated different...Can he fight me for custody if i give her to my parents?

Yes, he can fight you for custody. As a point of fact, Kentucky law presumes that he has equal custody to this child as you do at this time. You may be smart to file a petition to establish custody before going to the military.
