Custody

Ok i'm a 17 years old and i live with my father. Well i want to move out and live with my mom. So my question is can choose which one i want to live with?

Kentucky law does not provide for you to have an absolute choice in the matter. If your father objects then the only way to make the change legally is for a motion to modify custody to be made with the court. A judge would likely give weight to your wishes but will not necessarily agree to it.
