Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My daughter turned five and started school in august. Her dad is just now initiating a reduction in support. Will I owe him if there is a reduction. State of Kentucky.

Child support reductions do not become retroactive. However, if the reduction is actually for overpayment of child care costs (as obviously your costs would be reduced once the child is in school and only after-school care is needed), then there could be an order for backpay.
