death of mom

mom left no will but my younger sister has a divorce decree stating mom was to get a will leaving house and land to her mom didnt get a will so my sister says the house their are three of us so does she have the right to it soley or is everything a three way spilt

With no will, the law of intestate succession governs division of property owned solely by your mother at her death. This varies from state to state. Your sister's divorce decree is meaningless...it does not apply. Find a lawyer who can review the whole picture, not just your question about the house.
