Discontinue alimony support from military retirement pay

What documents are required to discontinue alimony payments from military retirement pay, when former spouse remarries?

Re: Discontinue alimony support from military retirement pay

You need a court order terminating your maintenance based on her remarriage. Even if it is coming out by allotment, I would get a court order so it is legal by the courts and there is no question that maintenance can be terminated.
