Dispute with ex-fiance

My fiance and I have split up. I had

bought my son a go-kart for

Christmas and my ex-fiance had

bought a few parts for the go-kart for

him for Christmas. He is demanding

the parts back and to be reimbursed

for time and labor. Am I legally

obligated to return the parts, since it

was a gift for my son and I am I

obligated to reimburse him back for ti

me and labor?

No, based on what you stated in your quesiton, you are not legally obligated at this time to return the gift of the parts or pay him for time and labor.
