if i never changed my name in the S.s admin when i got married andnow im divorced. can i change my name back even if my divoce decree doesnt minition it at all.

Yes. In Kentucky you can use any name you want, so long as your purpose is not to deceive or commit fraud. Many women request a "restoration of maiden or previous name" provision in their divorce decree, and such a document may be helpful if you need to change your credit cards, bank accounts, or drivers license. Additionally, you can go to the office of the District Court Clerk in your county of residence, and for a small fee, file a Petition for Name Change. In the situation you describe, the District Judge will almost certainly approve your request to return to your maiden name.
