Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My divorce was final 14 years ago. Must I continue to refer to myself as "divorced" or can I call myself "single"?

You can call yourself anything you like in most situations. The only time I would recommend you continuing to use "divorced" is in any document you file with a court or a government agency.
