If your house is in the process of foreclosure do you have to wait untill it is foreclosed on for the divorce to be final?

No, unless . . .. You can request the proceedings to be bifurcated (split) and have the divorce itself granted while there are still issues of asset distribution remaining. The judge may not do this, but this is certainly a circumstance that justifies a bifurcation.
