You do not provide your location here, so I cannot refer you to a local pro bono service. However, I would suggest you first contact your local Legal Aid office, and if they are unable to help you, they can refer you to local pro bono services. As I am in Fayette County, we have the Fayette County Bar Association Pro Bono Program, as well as the Modest Means program, which does reduced-fee representation for those who make too much to qualify for pro bono services.
