Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am getting a divorce. Maintance and 1/2 of the taxes has been ordered already to be paid to me. My husband went on vacation last week. he told me he spent the money and he couldnt pay me this month. Can I file him in contempt of court and if so how do I do it?

Yes, he would likely be found in contempt if he's ordered to pay and does not. You should either hire an attorney to assist you in the process. Otherwise, you will have to review both the Kentucky Rules for Family Court Practice as well as your local rules in order to ensure you file the motion for contempt/show cause motion correctly.
