Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am going through a divorce, how can I make sure my ex-wife will pay her debts after the settlement or just take bankruptcy and stick me with the debt.

When you obtain your order of dissolution you need to make sure your settlement agreement with your spouse is included in the order or incorporated by reference. Her agreement to take on a portion of the debt coupled with the court order signed by the judge can be used by you to prove you only owe your portion.
