If you are married to two people at the same time,how can you fix it without getting in trouble?

Well,
This is going to depend on the circumstances. For instance, did the person knowingly marry two people or was there some other factor involved, such as believing one marriage was annulled, dissolved, or otherwise invalid.
The second marriage is proscribed by KRS 402.020.
There is no immunity but there are defenses. Bigamy is proscribed by KRS 530.010 and the only defense given is believing you could legally marry. It is a class D felony.
As far as resolving the problem, the second marriage needs to be "avoided" under KRS 402.250 by petitioning a circuit court with jurisdiciton.
So, no, you cannot "fix" it without running the risk of getting into trouble unless you can prove you believed you could legally marry again. The risk of getting caught down the road also exists and most courts look more kindly on those who admit a mistake and try to fix it.
