Divorce

I have been married for six years and we have two children . If i was to file for a divorce we he still be responsilbe to keep me on his insurance?

No, he would not have to keep you on his insurance. In fact, if it is a group policy, he probably could not keep you on it even if he wanted to. The children are different though, and he would likely be required to keep coverage for them.
