Divorce papers
This friend i know her husband filed for divorce. She received the papers singed them and had them notorized and sentback. Her ex called and said he was not giving her one. She received no final divorced papers. The papers she received was a dissolution of marriage findingsof fact and conclusions of law. this is the one she signed and notorized. She is in fl. he is in ky.

She should have made copies of such important documents that she signed. If she does not have a copy then she will need to contact the County Court Family Division in the County where her husband lives and ask them about getting a copy of the file. They will inform her how she will have to research this or they will research for a fee.
