Divorce
If I am served with divorce papers, will I have time to find a attorney, as it stands now, she says will do it ourselfs, but I don't trust her enough to think she will follow through with our agreement.

After you are served for a divorce, you have 20 calendar days in which to file a response. Due to no fault divorce, filing an answer to the petition does very little except that it does let the court know you intend to participate and so any other motion filed must be mailed to you or, if you have one, to your attorney.
