is there any way to stop a judge from granting a divorce if you can prove you and your spouse are still seeing each other often and sleeping together as well in the state of Kentucky

The only grounds for divorce in Kentucky is that the marriage is irretrievably broken. Part of showing this is living apart for 60 days (or cohabitating without having sex). Technically, a judge could deny a divorce as long as you guys are still having sex.
