i need to know my right, i have not work in 10 yrs, because of health problem. need to know if i will get allimony, and i have a disable child will he get anything tol

Whether someone gets maintenance (alimony) depends on a number of factors. The starting point, though, is showing that you cannot meet your own reasonable living expenses without it. It gets more complicated from there and you should contact legal clinics and your local bar association for help on this.
The father of your child should be ordered to pay child support regardless of whether the child also receives disability.
