my x husband kicked me out and i was living on the street i did not know that during that time he divored me saying he could not find me he lied we were in contact at the time after the divorce was finial he stoped letting me see my children and i had no way to fight it i lost all hope because his family comes from money and i had none that was four years ago i am finely getting back on my feet what if any thing can i do to get back in my kids life and can i contest my divorce i can prove that he lied to thejudge and took atvantage of my lack of knowledg

Get an attorney and at least start getting some visits with the children. You don't say what was in the final judgment, but let the attorney look it over and see if a fraud was committed on the Court. This is a very complex area to delve into.

There isn't much sense in contesting the divorce itself. What you want to do is file a motion to establish time-sharing/custody. You also want to file a motion to set aside the division of property and maybe to establish maintenance.

You can reopen the divorce if you can prove fraud. While there is no specific time required for you to pursue this, there is a doctrine of law that basically says if you sit on your rights you lose them.
