Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My divorce has been almost a year. We had a legal separation before that, and I am almost sure everything was taken care of then. What should I do to get my divorce.

You have to file a motion to convert the legal separation into a divorce. Be sure to look at any separation agreement or decree entered and see if it anticipates a divorce or if there are loose ends.
