Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
I'm getting a divorce. 3 1/2 years ago my wife quit her job and filed a lawsuit against her previous employer. She refuses to work because it will hinder her winning her case. So for the past 3 1/2 years and some, I have paid all our household bill. (house, care, electic etc..) Can I get half of my spouses pending lawsuit if we divorce?

You have a marital interest in compensation she may receive that would reflect earnings during the time you were married. There may be some claim on the part of comepensation reflecting future earnings also IF you would otherwise have been able to receive an award of maintenance. However, employment lawsuits are difficult to win, especially if it is in Federal rather than state court.
