Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have been divorced since May. In the divorce documents it stated we had separated our belongings, and we had, but he left his half in my basement.

He has yet to come get anything, or make arrangements for it to be removed from my house. Is there a time limit on how long I have to keep it for him?

Thanks so much.

He is bound to the decree which means you have no obligation at all to store his stuff. The nice thing to do is send written notification setting your own deadline and if he ignores it, dispose of the items as you wish.
