Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I was divorced in 2008 and in our divorce my ex husband wanted a truck we had financed....well he failed to make the payments on the truck and so I took him back to court to have the truck returned to me and I won but he never returned the truck to me and a month after our court date it got repossed and now the finance company is wanting me to pay for it because they can't find him now I have to file bankruptsy because it has ruined my credit....is there anything else I can do legally to make him be responsible for this so I don't have to file bankrupsty.

You can have him held in contempt by the domestic relations/family law court that issued the prior decision. This doesn't guarantee that he'll pay up, but it is more likely since he should face jail time. Some lawyers, like myself, handle both family law and bankruptcy. I recommend you find one that handles both and get a free consultation.
