Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

been divorced since feb.20011 judge ordered ex husband to pay child support, maitance,half of taxes, and half 401k he refuses to give me anything. i cant afford to pay for advise .please help am at the end of my rope

You need to file a motion for contempt in your divorce case. Clearly he isn't going to comply with the court's order. Maybe sitting in jail for a few days will make him reconsider.
