Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have been divorced for 7 years and have started a new family. I gave up rights to my daughter from the previous marriage due to ex-wife wanting her boyfriend to adopt my daughter. This was stated as such in the divorce decree. Well, now seven years later my ex-wife ended her relationship and my daughter was never adopted. I have had contact with my daughter only twice in 7 years. Am I again responsible for my daughter, though we have no relationship for 7 years?

You need to take the copies of what you actually signed to an attorney for a consult. If your parental rights were actually voluntarily terminated, it doesn't matter that the adoption was never completed, she is no longer your daughter.
