Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am going through a divorce.My husband left with my car.I have to go get it but I'm scared he will hurt me or did something to the car.Is there anyone someone can pick it up for me or can I get an escort?

If your husband will not agree to have someone else pick the car up, then you would have to file a motion with the court asking the judge to set the details of the return on the car. The judge would have to issue an order for a sheriff's escort.
