Divorice
If a person does not have a lawyer during a divorce and it is never explained that they are signing documents that do not give him any custody of his children and yet he beleives he has joint custody. What can be done to correct this.

That is a tricky one - if there was a lawyer on the other side who said the documents gave you custody then your case is actually better. You can move the court where the decree was granted to set aside the agreement due to fraud in the inducement.
