Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have a DVO against me, and admit it is my fault. I now work a second job that requires me to travel to events. What happens to me if I am working and she would show up and attend the event? She is not working there but enjoying the event.

There's a few options. First, if you can avoid her, by however many feet you're required to do so (500? 1000?), then you should. If that's not possible, you can ask the court to amend the order to allow an exception in your own workplace, which would be when you are working an event. I would recommend getting an attorney to assist you with that process.
