Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

dvo

does the krs statute 403.770 mean that I do not have to give my husband my address during our divorce and custody? He is saying he has to have it and even his attorney told me his client has the right to know where his child will be when I have visitation.

Re: dvo

I would contact an attorney. If you have a DVO, then this individual would be in violation of that if he were having contact with you. If you are fearful of him and the DVO was taken out on behalf of yourself and minor child, then issues need to be addressed with visitation and whether or not that is supervised. Therefore, you need to speak with an attorney to help you sort out all of these matters.
