Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

About emacipation part 2.

So if im pregnant and want to marry the guy but my parents want him in jail, there no way for me to get emaciated so I can marry him and get away from them. I really need help, ill do ANYTHING to get out of this house.. give me all the information you can please.

If a person under 18 is being abused or neglected, they can report that to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. However, this should not be used as a mechanism for just leaving an unpleasant, but non-abusive home. Two reasons: one it just would not be right and two, that person may end up in a less pleasant foster or group home.
