Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

The employee or the employer? I'm going to say "no" for the employer and "yes" for the employee. The key word here is "stole". Stealing happens to be a criminal act whether you also have a job or not and it is illegal regardless of whether stealing from an employer or some random stranger. Aside from the relatively illegality of said theft, I must opine that stealing from one's employer tends to also dampen one's vocational career. I recommend against it.
