End of child support

Does child support end when the child turns 18 or finishes high school? What if she is doing ''home schooling''?

Re: End of child support

Unless a different agreement was reached in the court orders, child support ends when the child turns 18 UNLESS that child continues in High School. Then, the child support may continue until graduation but not beyond the child's 19th year. Whether home schooling would qualify would be a fact specific determination by the judge.
