Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have an EPO/DVO against my childs father, he choked me when I ws pregant and didn't deny it in court and also boke the orginal order. I am afraid of him to be around my daughter, what should I do? Will he get to keep her? I want to be civil with him but I am afraid of his drug abuse and violence.

You should seek counsel from Legal Aid/the Domestic Violence Project, your type of case gets priority. Your former partner's violence and drug use poses a danger to your child. A local attorney will be able to tell you the best course of action in your jurisdiction. However, if paternity has not been legally established, (I'm assuming you were not married since you do not call him husband or ex husband) then at this point he has no custodial rights anyway.
