Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Escort order number 2, one year later?

My girlfriend moved out a year ago after 8 years together. Last September, 7 months after she moved out she filed for an escort order to come to the house I own and retrieve more items, a cupcake tin stuffed animal and salt and pepper shakers. I allowed this to happen because I wanted to be compliant, but last week I got another phone call stating that now she wants to come back to the house for more items. It has been well over a year since she initially left. I do not want her in my house anymore and I firmly believe that she does not have anymore belongings here and also that I have given her more than enough opportunities to get all of her things. Legally, can I deny the escort order? Is there a limit on how long she can continue to do this? What should I do?

Sounds like harassment to me. You need to file an objection with the court.
