Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

extradition

Our daughter's ex-fiance wants to take their son to Florida to visit his parents. We are afraid he won't bring the child back, because he is so far bedhind on his child support. What are the extradition laws if he moves to FL to avoid child support payments and if he takes the child and doesn't return as per agreement?

Re: extradition

He could be in heap big trouble. For starters, he could be charged with a felony for custodial interference. Also, the domestic relations orders from Kentucky receive full faith and credit in every other state of the Union, so Florida could proceed agains him civilly.
