Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Filed for divorce...can we live together?

My husband has not lived with me for 2 months b/c I filed for divorce. I told him I would wait on finalizing it to see if he could straighten up. If i allow him to move back in will the divorce filing be made void?

In Kentucky, if the husband and wife can live in the same residence and be considered separated. You can't live together as husband and wife (share bed, have sex) and meet the requirments of the statute though.
