How do I find an attorney for child support and visitation when the child lives in Tennesse and I live in Kentucky.

Well, if a case is already active, then you need to find an attorney near the court where the case is pending. If nothing has been filed at all, then you may be able to initiate the matter where you live. If you need to find an attorney in Tennessee, start out by looking for a Bar Association in the county where the case is pending.
