Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I found out that I have a daughter of 20 yrs. of age. I`m not sure if this is true. what is the first action I need to take legally.

If your daughter is 20 years old, you cannot force her to take a DNA test to establish paternity. But if she wants to know the truth, she'll agree to take the test.

There is no legal action to be taken: no custody, no visitation, no child support, no paternity action - all because the young lady is an adult. I suppose that you might look at some sort of lawsuit against the other parent if she affirmatively tried to keep you from knowing, but it is unlikely to go anywhere. So, just see if she wants to find out if you are her biologicale parent also.
