Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
I found out after marring that I was still legally married to my first husband. So I divorced my first husband. Is my second marriage legal? If not, how can we correct this. We are good and honest people. This has been a horrible thing to find out.

Sorry to add to your distress, but if you married in Kentucky then according to KRS 402.020, your current marriage is actually void by operation of law. If you married in another state, then you would have to check on the laws of that state to see if it was a valid marriage.
You could look into getting remarried by a Judge or Justice of the Peace here or eloping if you did not want the whole thing made public to friends and family.
