Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

my ex girlfriend had our son 2 weeks ago and she will not allow me to see him. Is there anything I can do legally since we were never married. She also did not put my last name on birth certificate

You can file a motion to establish custody and timeshare. The marriage or lack thereof does not preclude your rights as the father.
