Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
Not giving medication
Is it right for my daughters dad not to enforce her to take her ADHA medication? When he has her every other weekend and Tuesday overnights he wont remind her to take it or enforce it. She is 12 yrs old.

Re: Not giving medication
The answer really depends on the impact the absence of those doses has on your daughter's behavior. If the school has extra problems with her on Wednesday's and every other Monday, then it is a concern that he is not giving her the medication. If her doctor says that missing doses is a health concern, then it is a problem. But, if there is no impact outside of his time with her, and he is fine with her behavior while with him, then it does not sound like something to argue about.
